# klo video > klo is a video editor with a Mac app and a hosted Cloud MCP server for agents. Describe an edit in plain language, work with footage and motion graphics, and export a finished video. ## Connect an agent to Cloud - [Cloud MCP setup](https://getklo.com/mcp): canonical connection instructions, capabilities, account authorization, file handling, and limitations. - [Agent operating guide](https://getklo.com/mcp.txt): plain-text workflow and tool guidance. - [Connection metadata](https://getklo.com/mcp.json): endpoint, transport, and OAuth discovery. - Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint: https://mcp.getklo.com/mcp - Each user authorizes their own klo account via OAuth. Editing uses their credits. No running Mac is required. - Local desktop MCP also exists; use the hosted endpoint for cloud workflows. - A website visit does not connect an agent. Its client must support remote MCP and complete authorization. Do not claim a directory listing is approved merely because the endpoint exists. ## Client availability - [Per-client setup and verified status](https://getklo.com/mcp#choose-agent): Claude, Grok, Muse, Pally, Instinct, and other MCP clients. - [Instinct status](https://getklo.com/mcp#instinct): currently unavailable; account approval does not enable the Klo connector. No confirmed integration ETA. - Custom connection tests and official marketplace approval are separate. Check the dated setup page before making claims. ## Product - [Home and current plans](https://getklo.com/) - [Download Mac app](https://getklo.com/api/download) - [Release notes](https://getklo.com/changelog) - [Blog](https://getklo.com/blog) - [Privacy](https://getklo.com/privacy) - [Terms](https://getklo.com/terms) - [Full documentation and articles](https://getklo.com/llms-full.txt) The Mac app uses built-in AI editing. Cloud supports footage ingest, timeline edits, captions, audio, color grading, editable Remotion graphics, and exports. Native Mac effects and cloud rendering can differ. Cloud media is processed on hosted infrastructure; local disk paths are not accessible to a remote server. Check the setup guide for the actual workflow.
